RETURNS & REFUNDS

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

We strongly advise returning your unwanted item within 7 days of time to make sure the package will arrive on time. Email contact@ivydiffusers.com for your return label/return instruction.

All returns should be shipped with a track and trace as proof and indication of return.

​

Items must be returned unused, with all of the original packaging included. We are able to refund the item cost, but unfortunately free returns will be on a case by case basis.
