What is an Electronic Well-being Diffuser?To use the diffuser, simply add tap water and a few drops of your favourite Essential Oils (we suggest 5-10 drops dependent on how strong you like the smell) and switch on the ‘Mist’ to instantly release a scented vapour into the atmosphere. The diffuser works for various different well-being needs, the Electronic Well-being Diffuser works at the touch of a button helping you attain better sleep, less stress, a mood lift or more energy with our 100% Pure Essential Oil. Besides providing the benefits of aromatherapy, the essential oil diffuser also functions as an air purifier and humidifier. Use it to improve your home's air quality, protect your family from excessively dry air, microorganisms, allergens, dust, and more. The ultrasonic essential oil diffuser is an amazing multi-function well-being device. It features a large and easy to clean 500ml water tank, 7 LED light colours (white/yellow/light blue/dark blue/green/purple/red) with a dimmable setting, high or low mist vaporiser modes, and a timer setting (1 hr/2 hr/3 hr) as well as a safety auto-switch that stops it from overheating in case it runs out of water. What are essential oils?Essential oils are fragrant oils derived from the bark, roots, stems, flowers or seeds of a plant. The oils from these plants are mostly often obtained through the process of distillation. As well as providing the fragrance of the plant, the essential oils are helpful in various ways to your health and well-being. For example, lavender essential oil is great for relaxing and helping aid sleep (just like the smell of the actual plant does). Our essential oils are created via steamed distillation, so no harsh chemicals residue is found in the oils. They are 100% concentrated compounds that come directly from the plants and can bear the healing or therapeutic benefits of that plant.

How do essential oils work?The essential oils are comprised of very small molecules that you can absorb through the skin or inhaling. Once in your system, they interact with your body in various ways to bring benefits. How to use the essential oils?Essential oils can be used for a number of purposes. See below for them: 1. Diffusion Place around 5 drops (less/more dependent on your preference) into the water tank of the diffuser and simply turn on. 2. Bath Again, add around 5 drops to your bath. This is advised when your body is feeling sore. Add lavender, peppermint, sweet orange with a tablespoon of jojoba oil carrier oil, alongside some Epsom salt. 3. Insect bite soother The combination of lavender (7 drops), peppermint (2 drops), tea tree (3 drops) with some aloe vera gel (2 tablespoons) gently dabbed on the bite will soothe the bite and help recovery. 4. Traditional homeopathy Natural benefits are kept after the 100% essential oils are extracted from the plants. Oils such as tea tree and eucalyptus can be used as an alternative for relieving any soreness and tension in the body. Note: Essential oils are for external use only. They are not recommended for ingestion. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach from children, and away from pets. For topical use, first dilute the essential oil with a carrier oi. Store in a cool, dry place. If you are pregnant, consult with your health care provider before use.

How do I clean and maintain the quality of the Electronic Well-being Diffuser?After using 2-3 times, or once/twice a week, please clean the product as follows: Unplug power cord from base of the diffuser Remove the lid/cover Pour out any remaining water of the tank Put 1 tablespoon of citric acid in the water tank, add just under 100ml of warm water (up to 70°C) - just warm water alone is suitable Leave for 5 minutes and drain the solution Wipe the tank clean with a soft cloth or tissue Gently clean the ultrasonic vibration plate (in the middle/at the bottom of the tank) with a cotton bud or tissue Rinse with water Plug the power cord back in to the base of the diffuser Using the measuring cup, refill the diffuser with warm water (for the best mist results). Wipe with a soft cloth and avoid ultrasonic vibration plate area, which can be gently cleaned with a cotton bud.

How to set up the diffuser?Use the below steps to set up the Electronic Well-being Diffuser for the first time: 1. Put the product upside, and remove the lid/cover 2. Connect the AC adaptor to the base of the diffuser and plug the power supply in to your electric power supply point (you will hear a beep when the power supply is connected to the diffuser) 3. Remove everything out of the water reservoir, and use the measure jug to fill the water reservoir with tap water 4. Add around 5 drops of 100% pure essential oil (more/less dependent on your preference) 5. Put the lid/cover back on to the diffuser (over the water reservoir) 6. Press the ‘Mist’ button to turn on the diffuser, this is will automatically set it to turn on for 60 mins. Press the ‘Mist’ button again to change it to 120 mins, again for 180 mins or again for continuously on 7. Press the ‘High/Low’ button to turn the diffuser up to ‘High’, or again to ‘Low’ 8. Press the ‘Light’ button to turn on the LED light, leaving it in this setting will flow through the 7 colours the LED light can be. To choose a static colour, press the ‘Light’ button to browse through the LED light choices. 9. Long press the ‘Mist’ button until you hear a beep to turn off the diffuser and light

How to troubleshooting issues with the Electronic Well-being Diffuser?If you are having an issue with your diffuser, try these quick fixes first: If there is no mist coming out of your diffuser: Make sure the water is not higher than the water line shown on the water reservoir. If this doesn’t resolve the problem, try emptying the water reservoir and lightly wiping it out with a paper towel and use a cotton bud gently on the ultrasonic vibration plate (in the middle of bottom of the water reservoir). Also, rinse out the lid/cover and wipe that down too. Now add warm water and try again. If there is still no mist coming out, don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email at contact@ivydiffusers.com. If your diffuser is spilling water: The first thing you should do is turn off your diffuser. Make sure that the lid/cover is properly in place. Can I change the delivery address on my order?If you notice that your delivery address is incorrect when you place your order, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to change this for you. What happens if I am not in when my order arrives?As a signature is required upon delivery, if you are not home when Hermes/Royal Mail try and deliver this to you, they will keep hold of the parcel and deliver this to you the following day (Mon-Fri). Hermes/Royal Mail will be in touch and may allow you to request a safe place for your order to be left, if you know you are not going to be home when they try to deliver this to you.

How does Next Day Delivery work?Our Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed Monday - Friday before 13:00 GMT. This means if an order is made after 13:00 GMT, the delivery time may be 2 days. If your order has been dispatched with Royal Mail on a Friday, this will arrive with you on the following Monday as we do not offer Saturday delivery with Royal Mail.

It may be worth checking with your work that they are happy for you to receive personal deliveries before processing your order however, we are always happy to send your order to your work if it is easier.
